People, process, product, I mention these words with equal importance given to each of them. Coming from a developing country, I believe our organization has a lot to offer to its people. We see ourselves as a part of the community which goes beyond taking measures for our employees only. I am actively involved in tracking our impact as a company on a lot of different levels which is primarily orchestrated by our reason to exist. Being a sports goods manufacturer we exist ti create a positive impact on the people's lives, be it with our product by making possible a livelihood for those involved with us and for the overall community.
